This certification is awarded to partners who meet strict standards regarding technical capabilities, operational processes, and specialized systems for incident response in AWS environments.
This is the first time that a Japanese independent software vendor (ISV) partner has obtained this certification*.

■Background to acquisition and future prospects
As companies' use of cloud services expands in recent years, the importance of responding to security incidents in AWS environments has increased. In particular, as cyberattacks become more sophisticated and ingenious, building a system that can respond quickly and accurately in the event of an incident is essential for maintaining a company's business continuity and brand value.
We have supported the cloud security operations of many companies through the development and provision of our fully managed AWS environment security service, "CloudFastener." Our acquisition of the "Security Incident Response Ready" certification is a recognition of our expertise in supporting security operations in AWS environments and our incident response capabilities, based on AWS standards.

Going forward, CloudFastener will continue to strengthen its system to provide comprehensive support, from building a system for preparing for incidents to initial response when an incident occurs, identifying the scope of impact, isolating and containing the incident, and supporting recovery.
