Information Security Policy
Cyber Security Cloud, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) is developing businesses including Cloud-based WAF services based on the philosophy of “creating a cyber space that people around the world can use safely and securely”.
Information assets such as customer information handled in our business are extremely important as our management foundation.
We recognize the importance of protecting information assets from general information security risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, as well as risks inherent in cloud-specific technologies such as multi-tenancy and virtualization. Those who handle information assets will comply with this policy and practice activities to maintain information security such as confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- We will comply with laws, regulations and other norms related to information security, as well as contractual matters with customers.
- About risk assessment
- We will clarify the criteria for analyzing and evaluating the risks of leakage, damage, loss, etc. that exist to information assets, and cloud-specific risks such as multi-tenancy and virtualization, and establish a systematic risk assessment method. We also conduct regular risk assessments. Based on the results, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
- Information security education and training
- We will establish an information security system centered on the officer in charge and clarify the authority and responsibility for information security.
In addition, all employees are aware of the importance of information security, and regular education, training and enlightenment are provided to ensure the proper handling of information assets.
- About the construction of the system
- We will establish an information security management system, implement it, and continuously review and improve it.
- About information security incidents
- We will take preventive measures to prevent information security incidents from occurring.
In the unlikely event that an incident occurs, we will promptly respond according to the response procedures established in advance, minimize damage and ensure the continuity of our business.
