Toshihiro Koike, Representative Director, President and CEO

Born in 1983. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Konan University, he joined Recruit HR Marketing Kansai (now Recruit) in 2006.
He is involved in promoting digital transformation in the sales organization, business planning, and new service development.
In 2016, he became COO of AppSocially Inc., a US company that develops SaaS communication tools, and a director of its Japanese subsidiary.
He is responsible for product development, growth, and overall management in the Japanese and US markets.
In 2018, he founded ALIVAL Inc. (now M&A Navi), developed an M&A platform and expanded it throughout Japan.
After transferring the company, in 2021 he became the Company's Representative Director, President and CEO CEO of Cyber Security Cloud Inc. (USA).
In 2023, he became the representative director of the Cyber Security Association of Japan.
In 2024, he became a director of the Security Camp Council, a general incorporated association.

Yoji Watanabe, Representative Director, CTO

Born in 1975. Graduated from the Department of Information Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Meiji University.
He is involved in research and development of cloud systems, real-time distributed processing and anomaly detection at a company that provides R&D consulting to major IT companies.
After joining the company in 2016, he served as CTO and director.
In 2021, he became Representative Director, CTO.
In 2024, he became President and CEO of subsidiary Generative Technology Inc.

Masafumi Kurata, Director, CFO (Certified Public Accountant)

Born in 1991. Passed the Certified Public Accountant examination while a third-year student at Hosei University.
While still a student, I joined Taiyo LLC Audit Corporation and have been involved in auditing listed companies, supporting IPO preparations, supporting the establishment of internal controls, and providing financial advisory services.
Joined the company in 2017.
Appointed as a director of our company in 2019.

Seki Daichi, Full-time Auditor (Certified Public Accountant)

Born in 1969. 1994 Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Economics.
After working at a major domestic financial institution, joined Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation (later Misuzu Audit Corporation) in 2000.
2007 Joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC).
Currently, he is a lecturer at Meiji University Professional Graduate School of Global Business and a member of the Cabinet Office Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters Value Design Management Working Group.
2021 Appointed as Full-time Auditor of the Company.
In 2023, he was appointed as an auditor of the Cyber Security Association.

Hiroshi Kurihara, Outside Director

Born in 1953. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Gakushuin University, joined Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. (currently Fuji Film Business Innovation Corp.).
After studying at the University of California San Diego Graduate School and working for Xerox in the United States, in 2015 he was appointed President and CEO of Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.
Currently, in addition to being the chairman of the Japan Telework Association, he also serves as Outside Director of GiG works Inc. and an advisor to startup companies.

Yoshinori Ikura, Outside Director (Lawyer)

Born in 1979. After graduating from Chuo University Law School, he passed the bar examination in the same year.
After completing legal apprenticeship, joined AZX Sogo Law Office in 2008 and was in charge of the legal affairs of many venture companies.
After transferring to Kairos Sogo Law Office, established Ikura Sogo Law Office in February 2013.
In 2015, he was appointed as an External Auditor of Waqoo,Inc., and engaged in numerous listing preparation projects as an outside director and corporate lawyer.
2016 Appointed as an Outside Director of the Company.

Kenta Izumi, External Auditor

Born in 1979. After graduating from the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University, joined Daiwa Securities SMBC Co., Ltd. (now Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd.) in April 2003.
Engaged in IPO, fundraising, and M&A business for about 7 years in the investment banking division of the company and Citigroup Inc. in the United States.
In September 2010, he was appointed as Director and CFO of Full Speed Inc. (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers: 2159) as a corporate revitalization person, and served as Executive Vice President (COO and CMO) until July 2014.
Currently, he is the founder and chairman of Tagpic Inc. and the representative director of Reliance Data Co., Ltd., while also serving as an Outside Director of several companies that are listed or are preparing to be listed.

Ikuo Murata, External Auditor

Born in 1958. Graduated from Bishop's University in Canada.
He currently works for Japan LCA and Venture Link, consulting companies for small and medium-sized enterprises.
After joining Gulliver International Co., Ltd. in 1995, he has served as executive vice president and representative director.
He serves External Auditor for Nextage Co., Ltd. and as the representative director of Snow Peak Glamping Co., Ltd.
In 2017, he became External Auditor for the company.
He currently serves External Auditor for Nextage Co., Ltd.

Executive Officer, Head of Global Strategy: Hayato Kiriyama

He completed his master's degree at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo, and his MBA at Globis University Graduate School of Management.
He previously worked in development at IBM Japan's Software Development Laboratory, in technical sales at Symantec Corporation, and then served as head of security operations at Amazon Web Services Japan G.K.

Seiichi Nakagawa, Executive Officer, Head of Sales & Marketing Division

Born in 1970. After graduating from Kyoto Institute of Technology, he joined Fujitsu Kansai Systems Engineering as a systems engineer in 1992, and participated in the establishment of the partner systems engineer team at Microsoft in 1995.
In 2011, I joined Amazon Data Services Japan (now Amazon Web Services Japan G.K.) as its first sales representative and participated in its launch.
After that, he was involved in the launch of cloudpack at Eyelet Co., Ltd., and served as Country Manager at several foreign SaaS companies.
Joined the company in 2025.
Appointed as an Executive Officer of our company in 2026.
