Cyber Security Cloud, Inc. was listed on the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (currently the Growth market) on March 26, 2020.
We are pleased to announce this and would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support and patronage.

Based on our philosophy of "creating a cyberspace that people around the world can use safely and securely," we began developing the Shadankun product in 2013 as a manufacturing company that protects people around the world from the social crisis caused by the oncoming cyber-attacks.

In recent years, we have been continuously developing new products such as "WafCharm" and "Cyber Security Cloud Managed Rules for AWS WAF" from the research of AI engine, which is the foundation of our company, and expanding our business to more than 90 countries and regions worldwide, mainly in Los Angeles, U.S.A. We are all happy to develop our products and progress.

In April 2022, we merged our group company SofTech Corporation. As a result, the all-in-one vulnerability management service "SIDfm" and vulnerability assessment service were added to our lineup, enabling us to provide a wider range of solutions against cyber attacks. We will continue to develop a variety of services to respond to the increasing momentum of cyber attacks in the future.

We are determined to maximize our corporate value, to create social infrastructure and information innovation on a global level originating from Japan, and to build a long-lasting relationship with our shareholders and investors based on constructive dialogue through timely and appropriate information disclosure.
