Approximately 90% of employees already use generative AI in their daily work, and the next step is to standardize and strengthen skills, aiming to triple work productivity by 2028.

■Background
Our company has been working on developing security solutions and improving business efficiency using AI technology for a long time. Since 2022, the rapid spread of generative AI has led to a rapid expansion of its use within the company, and now approximately 90% of employees use generative AI in their daily work.

However, there are individual differences in usage skills and scope, and further improvement is required to maximize the power of generative AI across the company. We will create an environment where all employees can use generative AI to a higher level and promote unified guidelines and knowledge sharing. This will allow each employee to focus on tasks that require judgment and expertise, achieving both speed and quality.

With the mission of "creating a safe and secure cyberspace for people all over the world," we are evolving from a "company that uses AI" to a "company that grows with AI." We will lead the security industry as an organization where all employees can freely manipulate generative AI and continue to create innovation.

■ Details of the initiative
1. Company-wide standardization and advancement of generative AI utilization
- Promote the use of generative AI in key business processes, such as shortening product R&D cycles, enhancing sales and marketing, supporting customer communication, supporting global expansion, supporting management decision-making, reforming recruitment processes, streamlining meeting operations, automating threat intelligence, and standardizing security analysis. Redesign business processes themselves to achieve rapid, advanced, and high-quality output.

2. Skill improvement and environmental improvement
– Provide employees with structured training and hands-on opportunities to use AI for more complex and creative tasks.

3. Strengthening security governance
– We will further strengthen rules for handling confidential information and ethical usage guidelines to ensure the safe and appropriate use of AI.
