Received "Eruboshi Certification (2 stars)" in recognition of efforts to promote women's participation in the workplace Promoting the creation of a sustainable workplace where everyone can shine
Cyber Security Cloud, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Toshihiro Koike; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), a global security company, has received the "L-Boshi Certification (2 stars)" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in recognition of its efforts to promote women's participation in the workplace.

The Eruboshi Certification is a system in which employers who have formulated and submitted a general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Women's Participation Promotion Act) can receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare if they meet certain requirements, such as an excellent implementation of initiatives to promote women's participation in the workplace. There are five certification levels: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working style such as working hours," "ratio of managers," and "diverse career paths." Companies are awarded three levels depending on the number of criteria they meet. Our company was awarded two stars for meeting the certification criteria in four areas: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working style such as working hours," and "diverse career paths."
Main Initiatives
・Recruitment
We promote recruitment that is centered on the individual and respects diversity, regardless of whether the candidate is a new graduate or mid-career hire.
While taking into account the current female ratio in the IT industry, we are working to promote gender-neutral selection criteria and internal understanding, and are steadily building a track record of hiring women. We also focus on onboarding and retention support after hiring, creating an environment where employees can build their careers with peace of mind even after joining the company.
・Continued employment
We have established a variety of working styles by utilizing flextime systems and remote work. We are also working to reduce overtime work and support balancing work with childcare and nursing care. In addition, there is no significant difference in the length of service between men and women by employment management category, and we have achieved stable retention regardless of gender.
・Working hours and other working practices
We promote flexible working styles that allow employees to work autonomously, regardless of time or place.
We have in place systems such as telework, flextime, and reduced-hours work, allowing employees to choose their work style according to their life stage and family circumstances.
We also implement work hour management that curbs excessive overtime work and aims to balance mental and physical health with productivity, thereby creating a comfortable and rewarding workplace.
・Diverse career paths
We have established a system that supports flexible and diverse career development according to the wishes and life stage of each employee.
We are promoting the creation of an environment in which anyone can thrive, regardless of age or gender, through a variety of entry points and growth opportunities, such as mid-career hiring, re-employment, and conversion of contract types.
In particular, we have established a support system that enables employees to continue building their careers even after life events, encouraging long-term growth.
Future outlook
We have positioned the creation of a workplace where all employees can thrive, regardless of gender, as an important management theme, and are working to promote D&I (diversity and inclusion), including the advancement of women.
Going forward, while taking into consideration the current workforce structure and the characteristics of the industry, we will first steadily strive to maintain our current two-star Eruboshi certification, while also working to further strengthen the foundation of a workplace where women can work and thrive.
In the long term, we will continue to make steady improvements in terms of both changing awareness and establishing systems, with the aim of achieving gender equality in the area of recruitment and increasing the ratio of women in management positions.
