(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makino Akimichi; hereinafter referred to as "Axeria"), a provider of a large-volume web content distribution platform and security services, for Cloud-based WAF "Shadankun," the public cloud WAF automation service "WafCharm," and the vulnerability information collection and management tool "SIDfm," both of which are provided by the Company.

■ Background of the distributor agreement
In recent years, the threat of cyber attacks has become more sophisticated and continues to increase, rapidly increasing the need for website security measures. However, many companies are actually not taking sufficient measures.
With this distributorship agreement, Axeria will be able to expand its solution lineup and propose a wider range of security measures by leveraging its consistent knowledge of over 20 years of development, operation, and maintenance of systems, networks, and security. This will enable our company to approach more broadly the many companies that require web security measures.

Utilizing the big data of over 2.3 trillion cases accumulated through Cloud-based WAF "Shadankun," which has the highest cumulative number of sites and companies using the service in Japan, we apply the optimal rules for each customer. Complex rule settings and update tasks that were previously performed manually by security personnel can be left to "WafCharm," which contributes to reducing operational man-hours.
