We have been actively working to solve the talent shortage in the cybersecurity industry. In 2022, he launched the "Creating the Future of the Cybersecurity Industry: Career Discovery Project" and has been giving lectures to students with the aim of creating security professionals and improving cyber literacy. In addition, in October 2023, we welcomed Daisuke Yogi, a pioneer in security education and human resource development, as an advisor.
With the appointment of Ms. Koike as a director of the Security Camp Council, we will contribute to the development of security human resources beyond the boundaries of the company and promote further activities for the development of the next generation of experts.
