Women Securing the Future 2025 - AI x IT x Women's Careers and Reality -

■ Event purpose and concept

October was designated "National AI Month" and "Women in AI Month" worldwide, with many discussions and events taking place on topics such as the social implementation of AI, diversity, and ethics.
In 2025, with the evolution of AI and the spread of generative AI, efforts in companies and educational institutions are expected to expand even further.
This event, "Women Securing the Future 2025," is a special "After AI Month" project that continues this trend.
Now that AI has become a commonplace tool, we are moving from "using" technology to "utilizing" it. Engineers and leaders working in the field will discuss careers and team building in the age of AI.
Under the theme of AI x IT x Career, speakers from a variety of backgrounds will share their thoughts on "how to work and create in a society where AI has become commonplace," providing learning and inspiration for the next era.
