Information Security Policy

Cyber Security Cloud, Inc. and DataSign Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") are companies that provide security solutions globally, striving to realize a safe and secure cyberspace and supporting the foundations of trust in society.
The information assets handled by the Group (customer information, development data, operational information, etc.) may be exposed to various risks, such as unauthorized access, information leakage, falsification, loss, reduced availability, or outage. Appropriately managing and protecting against these risks is an important responsibility of the Group, and is essential for supporting sustainable growth and social trust.
This policy applies to all related parties, including officers, employees, and business partners, and we will establish a system to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and reflect it in our daily operations. Furthermore, we will respond to environmental changes and technological advances, make continuous improvements and regular reviews, and publish the policy both inside and outside the company.

Compliance with laws and regulations
Our group will comply with laws, regulations and other standards related to information security, as well as the terms of contracts with customers.
About risk assessment
Our group will establish standards for appropriately analyzing and evaluating risks that may occur to information assets, such as leakage, damage, and loss, as well as risks specific to the cloud (such as multi-tenancy and virtualization).We will regularly conduct risk assessments and, based on the results, implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
Information security education and training
The Group will establish an information security system under the leadership of management and clarify roles and responsibilities.
In addition, we will regularly educate, train and raise awareness among all employees to ensure that they recognize the importance of information security and handle information assets appropriately.
About the construction of the system
The Group will establish and implement an information security management system, while also continually reviewing and improving it.
About information security incidents
The Group will take preventive measures to prevent information security incidents from occurring.
In the unlikely event of an incident, we will respond promptly in accordance with pre-established response procedures to minimize damage and ensure the continuity of our business.
