(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Ayako Koizumi; hereinafter referred to as "Hobonichi").

Hobonichi Inc. began considering strengthening its security measures following the release of the "Hobonichi Techo App," which was built on an AWS environment. The company's services, including the "Hobonichi Techo App," handle customer information, requiring a high level of security.
However, as we proceeded with the actual planning, we encountered the challenge of determining appropriate countermeasures for each service, as the required security level differed for each system we built.

Furthermore, enabling AWS security services generated a large number of alerts, making it impossible to determine their importance or priority, resulting in a buildup of alerts that needed attention.

To address these challenges, CloudFastener was adopted because it is a "partner-type" service in which a dedicated TAM (Technical Account Manager) team understands the customer's environment and business characteristics and supports operations while prioritizing responses; it can monitor across multiple services and cloud accounts; and it can provide support with a view to future in-house security operations and personnel development.
