Background of the presentation
In response to the structural challenge of SRE and security organizations being undervalued as "defensive departments," CSC has been working to move away from being a cost center and transform into an organization that contributes to business growth. In this session, we will introduce the specific process, including our practice of converting error budgets into management indicators.
